CMG Innovation’s Bi-Annual safety training day was on December 22, 2022 & May 19, 2023 at the CMG headquarters. All workers and staff gathered to review and refresh their knowledge of industry health & safety standards. Updates from the Health and Safety Manual were reviewed. Procedures such as Equipment Safety, Hazard Awareness, choosing the right tool for the job, Housekeeping and OHSA legislation such as Violence & Harassment Policies. We’ve had the pleasure of hosting DNT Safety this year to conduct the WHMIS 2015 Annual training as well as a unique tool awareness training and our Telehandler training. At CMG Innovation we have such a well versed group of individuals, everyone did a fantastic job in participating and completing the training. Our Bi-Annual Meetings promote and develop CMG’s commitment to health and safety, while giving our team the opportunity to receive the skills and tools they need to ensure they are always safe on the job. This also builds a great team report when working and learning together, always helping one another out.
