Evonik MCC Expansion

Evonik MCC Expansion, began in March with completing the locates for the sewer replacement. From there, Saw cut asphalt and excavate for new monolithic pad. The Form and pour a reinforced concrete pad is currently underway.

Once the pad has been set, the following will take place..

1. Supply and install 8″ concrete block wall, complete with vapour barrier, z bars, insulation, and metal siding.
2. Supply and install a new metal roof and metal decking.
3. Supply and install roof assemble, with Idea Roofing metal, Z bars, 2 layers of 2″ rigid insulation and vapour barrier.
4. Supply and install one-man door.
5. Paint interior block wall.
