R&D Lab Project – Lactalis Ingleside

We our so proud to show all of you the Two-story Research and Development lab CMG Innovation has been working on over at Lactalis in Ingleside.

The project began on August 14th, 2023. Since then we’ve had the pleasure of working with members from David Brown construction, who have completed the full excavation and backfilling within the first week. Lots of traffic during this time, we pulled out our Traffic Control Persons, to guide the trucks and stop traffic as needed. It is always a pleasure working with DBC, our special thanks for doing a great job on the project.

Clermont Rosa Formwork has worked diligently on the form work for the footings and foundation wall, excellent job, we thank you for the hard work you put in.

D&M Masonry are working on installing the block walls. Finishing the North, West and East side walls, now currently building the block up to the second story roofline of the lab. As well as the cell walls for the staircase. D&M Masonry are erecting and moving scaffold, Cutting block, Mixing the mortar, pumping the mortar into the block, and smoothing and sealing the joints, all while working together with great communication and spirit.
