In April 2015 the Ministry of Labour updated the training requirements for workers who work at heights.
The training requirements are now more thorough and hands on in their approach. All workers who were previously trained in Fall Arrest must be trained by April 2017, while those who have never had Fall Arrest training must be trained right away. Your trainer must be approved by the Ministry of Labour and follow a strict program that includes both theory and practical elements.
Safety is our number one priority and ensuring workers are trained with up to date certification is a part of that process.
